Dr Anita Naoko Pilgrim
I have been an Associate Lecturer at the Open University in Wales for 15 years. I teach on the Social Sciences undergraduate modules and on the Inclusive Pathway Masters in Education.
I live in Cardiff with my teenager and two cats. For my PhD I worked with British black and minority ethnic, lesbian gay bisexual transgender and queer communities. Before coming to the OU, I did research and gave lecture series at several different universities. I have written reports on education and inequalities for the Senedd in Wales, the Equalities and Human Rights Commission and other social policy organisations.
