Dr Sharon Davis
Dr Sharon Davis is a Chartered Psychologist. She currently holds the position of Lecturer at the Open University. Her current academic interests include decision making and team- work in medicine looking at diagnostic errors. Sharon has worked as a research psychologist with a hospital trust looking at situation awareness and teamwork in emergency situations. Sharon has presented and published work at international conferences and journals. She has also been a director of a recruitment company involving headhunting, training needs analysis, organisational and work stress, developed and ran assessment centres in manufacturing industries, education settings and marketing and advertising. Sharon is a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy and a chartered member of the British Psychological Society.
