Biography
Sobhy F. Hashish is now the Organizational Excellence Specialist and Consultant of Al-Andalus Educational Company. Before He was The Training & Development Manager in Al-Hussan Group for Training & Education. Before joining Al-Hussan Group for Education & Training, He was the head of Educational Researches & Evaluation Unit and the head of International Baccalaureate Services Center in Educational Development Administration of Al-Andalus Private Schools in Saudi Arabia.
Sobhy has a PhD in Pedagogy and Curricula. He has 30 years experience in the education field doing many jobs for many educational organizations in different countries such as a Biology teacher, a Chemistry teacher, a lead professional in King Abdulaziz and his men establishment for giftedness and creativity ,a head section, and an educational supervisor. After a successful career in research and development (e.g. many educational researches, many internationally published articles, training and consulting), He worked for many celebrated research academics and institutions like WASET, UNESCO, OECD and UN as a certified trainer and researches’ Reviewer. He is the author of many books, and he is a poet. He also got a lot of training in addition to six participations as an external review team member with Cognia.
