Figure 26(a) shows microstructure of wrought inconel 718. Structure shows multiple irregular grains but there is a definite directionality. Fgrains are long and thin. Figure 26(b) also shows a microstructure of wrought inconel 718. Structure shows multiple irregular grains but there is no directionality.
