MIKE DODD

We often want to know how many species there are within an area. But it can be tricky to identify the number of species because some are difficult to identify. This week is all about using keys to identify the observation you found. We'll try the traditional branching keys. We'll try multi-access keys. We'll try an innovative type of Bayesian keys where you can put in all the information you found, and it comes up with an answer. And we'll also allow you to compare the different types of key in an activity at the end.
