4 Persuading representations

In this course we have explored the important roles that representations play in innovation processes. We have identified how representations are used to model different aspects of innovation processes, and how they can be used to explore and develop visions for innovation into concepts and designs. We will now look at one other role that representations play in design and innovation: they are used to persuade others to accept our visions for innovations.
