I am currently chairing a panel within COSPAR.

COSPAR is the Committee for Space Research and that panel has to deal with planetary protection.

The panel's purpose is to actually promote and maintain and actually update from time to time the COSPAR International policy on planetary protection and the requirements that go along.

This cost per panel is very important because we are putting together guidelines for space exploration.

So it includes 26 people today.

From those 26 people, half are agency representatives and the other half are scientists or engineers with a lot of expertise.

So we operate under a lot of experts and knowledge for what we do in the cost per panel.
