1 Reasoned argument
The study of law requires learners to identify, analyse, construct and deconstruct an argument. These are transferable skills used in a range of academic subjects and studies. You may already have developed good arguing skills from previous academic experience, from voluntary work or from your workplace. Whatever your experience this section provides an opportunity for you to reflect on how you make and construct arguments.
