New Era Windows Copyrighted  image Icon Copyright: New Era Windows New Era Windows Co-operative describes itself as “a worker-owned cooperative specializing in energy-efficient vinyl windows [...] We are striving to support our community, to keep quality jobs in America, and make our economy stronger”.

It was initiated by non-governmental organisations/charities and a trade union and encourages people to participate through organising & campaigning and protest & direct action. New Era Windows Co-operative is local in orientation and concerned with economy and workplace.

It was launched in May 2013 and is ongoing.
