For the duration of the exhibition, the Tate Modern’s Turbine Hall was "inhabited by an assembly of participants whose choreographed actions use movement, sound, and conversation".

It was initiated by artists & cultural organisations and encouraged people to participate through a special event. These Associations was local in orientation and concerned with participation.

It was launched in July 2012 and October 2012.
