This course is designed for the purpose of designing and piloting to a distance (online) learning module on barriers to online learning .So it miss many elements of the Evaluation checklist for online courses .Never the less some items of the check list was used in this evaluation . The missing sections include building communities and student support; this made us exclude them from this evaluation. The Learning objectives are specific measurable and clear, they are well connected to the real world expectation .The content are designed to prepare students to complete their assigned if it is provided. The instructor does not provide any example that conceptualize the reading. The content is current, but it does not reflect the diverse social identities. The content was provided in a clear communicative PowerPoint format, and it was delivered in an appropriate media, which is open source. The course needs be completed to meet all the required elements of online course evaluation.
