Course description
This is a three-credit-hour course, which focuses on the meaning and message of health; health care delivery system in the country; the role of the physician in health care; the role of other professional and administrative staff; priority health problems; concepts and principles of learning; adult education and learning; student-centered and problem-based learning; instructional techniques (lecture, small group, PBL etc); student assessment methods; holistic approach; interdisciplinary and partnership concepts; curriculum development, program evaluation, and leadership. This course is designed to deliver successful online learning for the medical education concepts.
