The aim of the course is to equip practitioners with the skills and knowledge to effectively scrutinise and challenge local authority decision making on the allocation of resources to individuals who have an assessed entitlement to Self-directed Support. It is aimed at practitioners in the Third Sector who have a significant role in advising and advocating for, or with, individuals on their rights and entitlements under Self-directed Support.
