The Planning and Neighborhoods Team maintains a Registry, online, of all Neighborhood Service Areas and the Registered Neighborhood Organizations that exist within each service area. To be included in this publication, your organization must apply to become a Registered Neighborhood Association as outlined previously.1 Learn more on the City of Springfield website.
