10. Neighborhood Mentorship

Neighborhoods can fill out an application to either mentor another neighborhood or be mentored by another neighborhood in different areas of expertise. The program will then match them with a corresponding mentor/mentee. Neighborhoods can sign up to be mentored on this application. Neighborhoods can sign up to mentor another neighborhood on this application.
