4. Neurodiversity and Inclusion

As a neurodivergent leader, you can model inclusion by:

  • Being open about your own strengths and needs

  • Encouraging others to share what supports them

  • Designing workspaces or routines with flexibility in mind

  • Challenging stereotypes when you see them
