A practical course for PMO leaders, project professionals and aspiring PMO managers who want to design, mature and lead a PMO using proven frameworks, real case studies and practical tools.
The course has 10 modules and an end-of-course assessment. We suggest one module per week.

You pass the course by completing every module and scoring 60% or more in the assessment quiz.
