Activity: Governance

Draft a one-page governance blueprint for your PMO.

  • Forums: list the boards or meetings you need and their purpose.
  • Decision rights: say who decides what.
  • Escalation routes: show how issues move upwards and how quickly.
  • Assurance activities: choose the reviews you will run and how often.
