Please take some time to consider the following points and if appropriate update your Action Plan:

 Think carefully about the kinds of conversations you might want to have about with volunteers, what is it you want to learn about them and their experience, what is it they need to know from you.

1. Consider the methods that have been previously outlined and identify how you will find out this information about the potential volunteer.
2. Write down five changes as a result of COVID-19 that the volunteer might need to know about your group or organisation.
3. Again, using the methods outlined, when and how will the volunteer be able to find out this information?
