You will be presented with five case studies, one per page. After each case study there is a text box for you to type your answers. Please ensure you respond to all five case studies before submitting as you will not be able to go back to add an answer or to change your response.

Please note that whilst these are all scenarios that are more relevant to family support workers some of them are relevant to all job roles as they may occur in the centre or over the phone as well.

Your line manager will review your responses to the case studies and hold a discussion with you afterwards.
