Inclusive leadership is about creating an environment where everyone feels valued, heard, and supported.
For neurodivergent leaders, this means not only embracing your own strengths, but also encouraging others to bring their whole selves to work.
This module will help you:
Understand what inclusive leadership looks like in practice
Explore simple behaviours that build trust and collaboration
Reflect on how you can apply inclusion in your own leadership style
Inclusive leaders typically:
Listen actively to different perspectives
Create psychological safety, where people feel safe to share ideas
Adapt communication to suit different needs
Value diversity as a strength, not a challenge

💬 Reflection Prompt (Journal):
Which principle of inclusive leadership do you feel comes most naturally to you? Which one might you need to practise?
Being inclusive doesn’t require grand gestures. It often comes down to small, everyday actions, such as:
Inviting quieter team members to share ideas
Asking colleagues how they prefer to communicate
Celebrating different problem-solving approaches
Providing clear expectations and feedback
