A leadership identity is how you understand yourself as a leader — your strengths, values, style, and the impact you want to have.
It’s not about copying others or fitting a stereotype. It’s about:
Knowing who you are
Leading in ways that feel authentic
Setting a direction for your growth as a leader
In this module you’ll bring together everything you’ve learned and start drafting your own Leadership Action Plan.
So far, you have explored:
What leadership is (Module 1)
Your strengths and values (Module 2)
How neurodivergence can shape leadership (Module 3)
Communication and influence (Module 4)
Inclusive leadership in action (Module 5)
Now it’s time to combine these into a simple picture of your leadership identity.
💬 Reflection Prompt (Journal):
Write down three words that describe the kind of leader you want to be.
What makes a leader? Watch this video and consider the following:

It's now time to turn all this learning into action! An action plan helps to convert abstract goals into a concrete, step-by-step strategies by outlining specific tasks, required resources, clear deadlines, and assigned responsibilities to ensure accountability and track progress.

My Core Values (from Module 2)
How My Neurodivergence Shapes My Leadership (from Module 3)
My Communication Style (from Module 4)
My Inclusive Leadership Actions (from Module 5)
