Section 2

I am amazed at how much thought and preparation has gone into designing this course, I think that any future tutor what ever role you may play in education should actually take the pdf version of this course and keep it with you as a reference, I will take more than six hours completing this course as I am still absorbing the information.

The one word that comes to mind is teamwork, in the OU as an AL 'yes' you are responsible for your students but the backup behind you is key, from what I have read with the OU in section 2, it is not just backup, but enthusiastic backup, you want to do the best for your students of course, you want to help your students achieve, but advice is available from your line manager, your mentor and other teams like student support, this is a setup students will not see but it is a marvellous way for helping them in their advancements in academic studies and assist them to achieve their greatest potential.

Well spoken Brian. I was equally amazed at the resources that OU has made available here through the effort of the tutors. I just keep adding the pdfs to my collections as they will come handy.
