It has actually been dubbed as the new normal. We may not run away from it. We either embrace it or perish, haha

I agree! Nonetheless, we must be very careful not to throw everybody into the deep end of the swimming pool, for fear of many casualties! The introduction ICT needs to be well thought out and well supported to make sue everybody feels that can operate at their level at the beginning, and become more and more confident. So let us start in the shallow end of the pool and use armbands where necessary - more confident users to help and support beginners?

Its true those who are conversant should help those who are struggling. In this case the use of ICT in teaching and learning process should be taken as a gradual process  and not a single training and end the process. This has been one of the problems where people do not practice the skills that they have acquired during training.
