A statement of participation demonstrates successful completion of a free online module and your interest in the subject. It can be used to demonstrate your commitment to your ongoing continuing professional development (CPD). They are, however, a useful means of demonstrating participation and recognising informal learning.

Go to ‘My profile’ and view your badges in ‘Achievements’. You can download, export or share the badge. You can also add it to your Mozilla backpack (which enables you to manage and display collections of digital badges you have earned).
The OpenLearn Works non-accredited badging system relies on trust. We trust you to answer the questions in the course by drawing on your own skills and knowledge as we do not have formal exams or invigilation as part of the course. You are trusted that the answers you submit to course quizzes are your own work and that you will not share answers with other learners.
Badges awarded within OpenLearn Works can be shared via the Mozilla Backpack.
You will need to create a Mozilla Backpack account.
When you have done this, click on the ‘Add To Backpack’ button, and you will be asked to login to Mozilla if you have not already done so.
Follow the instructions on the screen and your badge should be automatically added to your backpack.
