Make a quiz
Consider
including a quiz activity, or large font / high colour contrast flash
cards to test how much of what they covered your learners actually
remember. These need not be online or screen based activities.

What topics you choose to cover beyond the basics will depend on the
time that you have available and the needs of your learners. You might
want to include:
