The course will help you get a better understanding of who you are, identify your personal qualities and recognise the range of skills and abilities you've developed from your personal experiences. It will also help you to look forward, to think about what you'd like to do now or in the future, and to make plans that will help you get where you hope to be.

      Front-line staff and support workers

Reflecting on Transitions offers a unique insight into the experience of new migrants, refugees and asylum seekers' lives. It is particularly valuable for front-line staff with a support role.

By successfully completing the course and the online quizzes you'll be awarded a digital badge. This badge demonstrates your knowledge and understanding of the course material. This includes an appreciation of the qualities and transferable skills that learners from diverse backgrounds and speakers of other languages have, and how they use them, particularly since arriving in the UK, while gaining work experience and looking for employment.

The first step in getting a badge for this course is to agree to the appropriate badge trust statement. This means that the answers you submit to the course quizzes are all your own work. Make sure you click on the appropriate badge trust statement link for the badge you want to get.
