How to become an online facilitator
Level 0: Beginner – SCQF6 (OpenLearn Create)

This course is for anybody who would like to become a facilitator on an online open course. You'll be introduced to concepts and ideas as how best to engage with learners, encourage conversation, and identify good practice for responding to learners online.
