    • Welcome to the course

There is growing interest in how organisations can harness Generative AI (GenAI) to gain a competitive advantage. Large Language Models (LLMs), in particular, present significant opportunities to enhance productivity and streamline repetitive tasks.

By automating routine processes, LLMs have the potential to free up capacity and allow teams to focus on higher-value work. LLMs are not infallible – they can produce errors, and their outputs still require human oversight.

Moreover, there is a risk that over-reliance on these tools could lead to de-skilling within organisations. As such, while GenAI presents exciting possibilities, its integration must be approached thoughtfully and strategically.

This is a self-paced course of around 150–180 minutes including a short quiz – the first part considers general use cases and the second part highlights some examples of where AI solutions are being applied in the advice and legal sector.

A digital badge and a course certificate are awarded upon completion. To receive these, you must complete all sections of the course and pass the course quiz.

To be able to do the quiz and gain your digital badge, you must enrol on the course.
