Welcome to the Genetic resources policies collection
This course has been organized by the Policy Team of the CGIAR Centers’ Genebanks.
It will help you to appreciate how daily operations of genebanks and breeding programmes are affected by national and international laws and organizational policies governing access to, and use of, plant genetic resources and related information.
After completing the course, you will understand how international and national laws, and organizational policies, apply to decisions you have to make on a daily basis when you collect, conserve, use and transfer plant genetic resources.
