This course focuses on building support for your early work in safeguarding, assessing, and prioritising safeguarding risks, and developing your organisation’s safeguarding policy, safeguarding reporting and your organisation’s response to concerns.
The course is divided into seven 90-minute sessions for you to study at your own pace. There are also quizzes that, along with the Sessions, make up 12 hours of online learning for you to complete at your own pace.
If you are a
FIFA-approved learner, you need to enrol on the FIFA Learner pathway and not here.
It is important to know that completing this education programme will not guarantee sporting environments and activities to be 100% safe for children and young people. Inappropriately designed programmes and poor operational management can put children and youth at risk of harm. We hope that by taking this course, risk of harm can be identified and reduced and that everyone can participate in sport in a safe and supportive environment, free from all forms of harassment and abuse.
If you have a concern about the content of this course you can report it by clicking on the 'report a concern' button.
