Complete the Mentorship Programme as a Mentor
a. The mentorship should run for a predefined period of up to 18 months.
b. This includes a programme end review with the mentee to confirm the mentor has fulfilled their duties.

Evidence required:
a. Evidence of the mentee’s desired outcomes.
b. A completed Mentorship Tracker in Excel format.
c. A written reflection (maximum 500 words) on what you gained from the programme and its benefits to you.
d. Any additional materials created or used during the programme, if applicable.
