AI is predicted to take over 42% to 65% of work-based tasks. But the skills AI cannot replace are the skills humans must develop, and one group already has them in abundance – dyslexic thinkers.

But despite having the skills needed in every job, across every sector worldwide, the recruitment process many organisations use often filter out the dyslexic minds they need. Research shows that 96% of dyslexics believe the recruitment processes put dyslexics at a disadvantage. 79% believe the process does not give them the opportunity to demonstrate their true abilities.
