While dyslexics struggle to memorise facts, like times tables, spelling, punctuation or grammar rules, they have an incredibly strong visual memory – which can give them the edge on the sports field.

Intuitively, they use their visualisation skills to spot details others miss and unlock their peak performance by imagining or visualising what they want to become real.
