Thank you to Dyslexic U University of Dyslexic Thinkers, Made by Dyslexia, The Virgin group, Randstad, CCHQ and all of the other contributors who made this video happen. Has someone who has built many teams and is a member of the Dyslexic Thinking talent pool. I cannot tell you just how much this training was needed then and how much is still (unfortunately) needed now. The pain that I've experienced by being screened out and forced to work in my zone of kryptonite, instead of my zone of genius, is palpable. I'm so glad that I've lived long enough to see a change. This training gives clear insights, from a strengths-based perspective, provides the business case and cost of not getting it right and the human toll. Bite-sized, research-backed backed and lived lived-experienced, and evidence-based guidance. All of which are relatively easy fixes and easy adjustments to make. Looking forward to more training. Thanks again.
