This badge demonstrates practical ability to build and run national-scale CLEWs models, conduct scenario analysis, and interpret results. Bronze Badge holders can construct working models, solve common issues, and understand how modelling supports energy policy decisions. Earned through completion of an approved in-person training course and a practical project that shows hands-on modelling skills. This badge is roughly equivalent to completing a Masters-level module (7.5 ECTS).
Criteria
Complete an intermediate-level in-person course (e.g., EMP summer school or equivalent)
Submit a project report or modelling case study demonstrating the application of learned skills
