Earned through extensive teaching experience and demonstrated excellence in training program development. Valid for four years with renewal requiring 40 hours of training activities since completion and an updated portfolio submission. This badge is valid only with an active proficiency badge, which determines the maximum level at which the badge holder can deliver training (e.g., Silver proficiency limits teaching to Silver-level content, while Gold allows teaching up to Gold-level content).
