This course has been brought to you by the Open University.
The course trains researchers in open research. You will explore what open research is, why it’s important, and how it can be applied to different disciplines and stages of the research process. You will become familiar with the underlying principles of open research: transparency, credibility, and accessibility. You will learn what you can do to make sure your own research outputs are all these things.
To get a taster of the material in the collection, check out our interactive decision-making tool (below). It will help you to identify actions you can take, to make your research more open. This decision-making tool is open access, so you can share it with your colleagues.
Some of the links within the decision-making tool take you to resources within the Open Research course. If you are not logged in, those links will take you to a landing page. It is easy, and free, to enrol for the course, and find out even more.
