Managing and understanding yourself, Working with others and our new course Supporting legal workplace wellbeing, can be undertaken sequentially or as 'stand alone' options.

All courses are about emotional competence and professional resilience and are aimed at upskilling legal professionals to promote psychologically and emotionally healthier ways of working in law.

    *NEW COURSE* This course provides guidance to individuals in legal workplaces whose roles involve supporting the wellbeing of others, from team managers to leaders of law firms to Wellbeing Leads and Wellbeing Champions.
