Keeping a spreadsheet for your follow ups will be crucial for your business in terms of building your team as well as sales. Save the Excel spreadsheet attached to this task and go through your conversations up to this point and fill out the follow-up spreadsheet. This will help you see when someone may have been ready to join your team, how many customers were interested in purchasing from you, how many customers did purchase from you and when these customers will be ready for a restock. It is also helpful to have all of the contact details you need in one place in case you were to lose any of them. As you go through your journey, schedule on a weekly basis to add to your spreadsheet every customer or recruit you approached – positive or negative.
