Your Organisational Identity


In my organisation I am seen as an enabler/driver of change having recently joined.

I am also seen as the person who can articulate the vision and as a mentor for people to engage with the vision and strategy.

I am seen as an enabler of collaboration and communition in achieving our organisational goals and as an open and honest communicator.

My role as a provocateur and challenger of approach, practice and current thinking presents a challenge to people particularly around their professional identity.
