If you did, what happened? If not, what are your plans for implementing the ideas? 

After I learned Conversational Framework and Ecological Theory with VPLP, I I believe that I can create a better learning space to teach in my community. Suh as without judging the children behavior base on his or her altitude but also seeing his weakness of background and making understand to his or her and communicating with her properly. 

Therefore, I will create a safe and supportive learning space being patient and love to the children doing the best as I can.
