The module will focus on reviewing the GESI assessment of TVET/HE institutions. The review will enable the learner to understand how to identify GESI gaps and how to mitigate them.

 The module covers the following areas: 

  • GESI assessment findings;

  • Reasons for conducting GESI assessments;

  • Core sections of a GESI assessment;

  • Self-assessments vs. external assessments;

  • Assessing GESI at a structural level, and;

  • Other GESI assessment tools.
