The New EDORO (Education Open Resources Online) provides an online space where Open University tutors can store and share tutorial resources for each undergraduate and postgraduate module in the OU School of Education, Childhood, Youth and Sport (ECYS).
Course Spaces for sharing resources
You may have teaching resources you have used or plan to use with students studying these modules which you can share with other associate lecturers tutoring the same modules. You may be looking for a different approach of how to tackle a topic
in one of these modules with your students. Sharing your teaching resources in the New EDORO will help you collaborate with colleagues on approaches and activities which will help students learn.
To enter any of these online course spaces, you need to login to OpenLearn Create using your OUCU then click on the link to the course space and enrol. You will need the enrolment password to be able to see and edit the contents of any of these course resource pages. To obtain the enrolment password please contact James Roy james.roy@open.ac.uk.
This site is Moodle based and some instructions are provided in each of these course spaces on how to add and share resources. If you get stuck you can also refer to the Course Builder Guide in Get Started on this site or contact James (james.roy@open.ac.uk) or openlearncreate@open.ac.uk if you cannot find the instructions you need in the guide. If you want to apply a licence to the materials you share and want to know what all the different licences mean, you can find out more in Becoming an open educator.
