Shoulder Guiding Questions

1. When it comes to treating the post operative shoulder, what is something that surprised you about the way LOS manages RC repairs? 
2. Given the evidence present for conservative management of most shoulder pathologies vs surgery, what explanation do you have for the mechanisms of pain and subsequent recovery in either case?

1. What did you miss or not communicate as well as you would have liked to for the irst visit? 
2. For your first post op patient, what color would the repair be? 
3. What concerns you about this patient’s recovery, or what excites you about        their recovery?
4. What do you anticipate being difficult with this patient? 

1. For your first conservative patient, what sort of objections does this patient have to therapy? 
2. How does this patient feel about their injury and it being managed conservatively?
