This is a collection of practical advice and support for students and other would-be entrepreneurs to develop their business ideas. It complements a number of other learning resources and sources of information available at the OU and is an ideal preparation for applying to the Open Business Creators Fund, or for anyone seeking to establish and move their enterprise on to the next level. It covers the key aspects of sourcing finance, communication, intellectual property, selling, pivoting and making a pitch and adopts a hands-on approach that allows students to directly apply the knowledge they acquire.
