Arts collection of courses

This article is about the collection of courses intituled Introduction to Plastic arts courses. It includes some information about how to go through the courses and the badges you can earn.
The courses are free, of beginner level which makes it easy to learn more about arts.
Theory and practice are included in the collection. Feel free to enrol on the courses and you will see they are interesting and they might be useful for you if you are interested in becoming an artist.

The Introduction to Plastic Arts collection gathers several courses. This guide sorts them out for you. Start with the right order to build skills step by step.
Kick off with the Art Essentials course. It gives a broad view of art basics. You get non-specific practice tasks. See samples from my own work. The main assignment asks you to draw something. Pass it, and you earn a badge. This course covers key materials and techniques for practice. Think pencils, paints, and simple tools. It links to drawing and coloring essentials. Examples show coloring drawings with pencils or oil pastels. You also try oils or watercolors. Jump into this first. It opens the door to my art world.
Next, tackle the Acrylics Essentials course. Treat it as your capstone practice. Here, you learn to build an assemblage. That means combining elements into one piece. Submit a photo of your work for the graded task. Nail it, and you grab the artist badge. This marks the top reward for the whole collection.
Turn to the Basics of Oil Painting. I made this my debut course. It zeros in on oil paints. Find five clear exercises. Get exact tips on color mixes, shapes, and forms. Pass the quiz. Add a photo of your painting. You score a badge. Its strong theoretical base makes it key. Beginners grasp core ideas fast.
Check out the Basics of Water Colour too. It packs practice drills. Two focus on watercolor pastels. Each exercise follows my step-by-step instructions. Watch how I layer colors. Match those steps in your tries.
Most courses track progress automatically. Just visit every page. You finish once done. Hit 50% or higher to pass. That's simple for most. Badges pop up in Art Essentials, Art Concepts, and Art Appreciation.
Art history fans note two more. One dives into the ancient world. The other hits modern art history. Earn badges on both.
Brush up on theory with extras. Portrait making shows face details. Color theory breaks down hues and blends. Basics of Perspective and Descriptive Geometry aid your drawings. They fix angles and depth issues.
Grab these courses. Practice often. Watch your art grow. Have fun along the way.
