Upon achieving the Lead Instructor Badge, holders should be able to -

Design and lead comprehensive, multi-level training programs in Energy Access Explorer

Evaluate and assess learners' modelling competencies across various skill levels

Adapt training programs to suit diverse cultural and professional contexts

Mentor Associate Instructors and support their professional development

Integrate ethical and cultural considerations into modelling instruction
Applicant needs to complete these activities:

Hold at least a Silver proficiency badge in EAE

Independently leading a full training program

Create new training materials
Evidence required:

Submit a detailed teaching portfolio showcasing designed training programs and materials

Upload a CV outlining the relevant teaching experience in Energy Access Explorer
-
Letter or evaluation form completed by the EMC lead instructor or course manager (No need to submit this for Inaugural badges)
