Week 3 activity 6

My ideal leader has the ability to communicate the company's vision to its employees in a way that inspires, motivated and encourages people to take ownership and responsibility to drive this vision to fruition. This leader also guides or mentors or trains his employees or managers in getting people up to speed to take on these responsibilities. A leader that values open communication, cross functional learning, risk taking and innovative approaches. A sense of humor would be beneficial as well.
