That first step

Remember this nugget?

I changed my title on linked in, set up an email address with a 'company' style name linked to my gmail. This made me feel I might get serious soon. I'm going to treat the next 6 months as I would a course, doing mini TMA style research and writing. Learning skills. the ema? Thats when I get out there and find some partners, get a prototype built.

So, 1st step. Leaning ALL about patents, and how to apply...when to apply. What do I need, when does money come into it.

My current understanding is I am better with a patent attorney but might not need one for initial application. I am also wondering do I draw out and 'copyright' the system as a 'design' and patent the 'invention' of the mini generator through wind and rain.  Know that I can use NDA for some seed funding things. Do I do that FIRST, or alongside?

Questions questions.

If anybody has any thoughts, I'd like to hear them!
